For now though, I need to find some focus. Being injured has been painful to my body and my mind. I am thankfully still able to work out. I just need to be mindful of what my body should and shouldn't do right now. Herein lies my issue. Running is my go-to. I just do it and right now that is one of the main things that I cannot be doing. So, I am going to try to be nicer to the elliptical and even give the bike a shot. I need focus though. I need a plan. My workouts are boring me and my food is out of control. Halloween candy will be the death of me.
I need a plan. More importantly I need a mom-friendly plan.
