Reading about everyone's daily work outs, struggles, goals and even their funny stories is one of the highlights of my day. If I know that Ali Mc got in a run on a day that her son wasn't feeling well and she had to work or Gia went to yoga even though she has the twins, then I have no excuse. I also know that if Gina can work as a fitness instructor at 30 weeks pregnant, I can work out for an hour after work. While I cannot do as much as I would like to do, I can learn good work outs from Jenae and find out about fun fitness events in the city from Theodora. And Ali, well she is my inspiration for speed and for this post. There are so many inspirational women out there!
Thank you to the internet and Steve Jobs and Bill Gates and everyone else who brought us into a work where you can interact with such awesome chicks on a daily basis (oh, and for Facebook so I know what my third grade crush is doing with his life.) And thank you to all the awesome bloggers on my blog roll for sharing your world with the world and inspiring me to do the same.
I agree! I love reading all the blogs everyday! They always inspire me or they make me smile.
ReplyDeleteTHANKS girl :) I couldn't agree more my city has NO runners....well I guess there's a few but not in cities you visit and there's runners every where! I love runner blogs :D xoxoxoxox
ReplyDeleteSo true! I've met many running buddies and friends through blogging/twitter. My friend Leslie likes to say - if people can meet their Husbands and Wives on the the internet, then it's totally cool to find our friends there :)
